How do we reduce enquiry calls and
increase brand awareness?
Focus on the Family Singapore Ltd is a trusted brand with a wealth of content under its arm. The aim of this project is to create a stronger online presence (SEO) and online marketing achieved through branding and user experience (clicks and stay).
The design objectives were clearly communicated and discussed to ensure a smoother process. Focus groups were formed to find out what matters most to users and how to attract them to stay on the website longer and more frequent visits.

Homepage Design Proposal

The wealth of content needs to be showcased to convince users that it is a trusted go-to for resources, while still keeping it easy to navigate for frequent users.
Articles Repository Design Proposal

Articles are organised neatly and tagged for ease of searchability. The buttons on the left help to sort the articles according to the user’s preferred method of browsing.
